RULES AND REGULATIONS AGREEMENT

  1. Jefferson City Area YMCA and/or Arcobasso Promotions & Special Events reserve the right to remove any exhibit or exhibitor failing to abide by the following rules and regulations.
  2. Electric must be arranged prior to show date. The charge is $35.00.  DO NOT steal electric, you will be billed. Any exhibitor who decides they need electric at the last minute may do so by contacting Vicki Arcobasso at the show. Exhibitor must furnish all electrical cords and tape. All cords and carpet must be laid flat and not in the aisles where it may be a hazard to any guest or another exhibitor.
  3. All signs must be professional. Remember, you are setting an image for your business.
    • I recommend a 3'x5' vinyl banner.
  4. Each 8x10 exhibit space comes with one 8' table draped and skirted. However, any additional tables must be draped and skirted. If you need additional tables please contact Vicki Arcobasso to make arrangements. Each additional table including drape and skirt is $20.00.
  5. All exhibitors must be completely set up before doors open. Exhibitors are responsible for removing all display materials and trash upon tear-down. Please leave your space as clean as it was when you arrived. Any Space left with trash and/or food on the carpet will be billed a $50.00 clean-up fee.
  6. Absolutely no one is allowed to tear down before 4:00 P.M.  At 4:00 P.M., you may start packing up your booth. Tearing down before 4:00pm is prohibited!! a $50 fine will apply for early tear down.The loading dock doors and side doors cannot be opened until after all Brides-to-be have left the fashion show.  You may only exit in the rear of the building.
  7. All exhibits must be kept clean and safe at all times.
  8. Repeat!  There will be a $50.00 clean-up fee to any vendor that leaves boxes, trash, food, etc. behind in their space.
  9. All exhibit materials must be kept within your space at all times.
  10. The use of loud speakers requires approval in advance. Remember, your fellow exhibitors need to be able to talk with and hear potential customers. Please respect their wishes.
  11. All move-in must be completed by 10am the day of the show.  
  12. Neither, the Jefferson City Area YMCA, CMBA or Arcobasso Promotions & Special Events is responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise during set-up, tear-down, or show time hours.
  13. After set-up, all exhibitors are being asked to please park as far away from the YMCA so, we will be able to leave the closer parking spaces available for the brides-to-be and guests.
  14. Bridal Spectacular will go on rain or shine.
  15. All paperwork in your Exhibitor Packet must be turned in by December 31st. I will not be accepting any paperwork (ie. employee work list, rules and regulations agreement) after the December 31st deadline. Due to the number of exhibitors, I cannot call everyone to remind them about sending this info to me on time, so PLEASE send this info to me immediately so you don't forget. This is very important!!!!!!!

Vendor Employee Work List

There is a limit of 3 employees including owner/manager working per booth.
List all employees/owner/manager working at the bridal show.
Each employee/owner/manager must check in at the exhibitor check-in table located at the entrance of Exhibit Hall.
All other employees will need to purchase a ticket to enter the exhibit hall.

If you purchased more than one booth, please submit the Employee Work List for each booth

If this is not returned on time, you and your employees will have to purchase a ticket at the entrance to get in.

Lunch Order Form

Roly Poly will deliver to your booth your choice of Lunch bags. Please indicate how many of each choice you would like.
ALL BAGS ORDERED MUST BE PAID FOR UPON DELIVERY.
HAVE PAYMENT READY.

Delivery time is 10:30am -11:00am.
