Dear Bridal Spectacular Exhibitor,

This letter is to confirm your space in the 11th Annual Fall Bridal Spectacular 2008 to be held at Truman Hotel (Ramada Inn). I am very pleased with the wonderful variety of exhibitors we have this year. Thanks to all of you!!!!!! Be ready to sign up for the 22nd Bridal Spectacular 2009. Most of you are aware of the exciting move to our new 22,000 sq. foot venue at the Jefferson City area YMCA "Firley Center" that was held on January 2, 2005. It was again a huge success at the YMCA "Firley Center" on January 4, 2009. Several of you have already signed up for the 2009 show. At the rate that exhibitors are showing their support for the 2009 show, It will more than likely reach 100+ vendors! And… over 500 Brides! Again, Bridal Spectacular will be the largest bridal show Central Missouri has ever seen! Please call me now to reserve your space or sign and fax your agreement to me right away. Fall Bridal Spectacular 2008 is just a few weeks away, so please try to fill out the attachments and fax or mail them back as soon as possible.

Set up begins at 7:00am. All exhibitors must be completely set up and ready to start at 11:30am. The doors will open at 12:00noon sharp. Tear-down will begin at 4:00pm or when all brides-to-be have left the exhibit area. Absolutely no one is to tear down before 4:00pm. You will be receiving your space assignment and load-in procedures at set-up the morning of the show. You must check in at exhibitor check-in just outside the Stratford Hall door before setting up Sunday morning.

I encourage each exhibitor to have some type of registry. This is a great way to build additional data base for you to follow-up on. You will be responsible for drawing your winners and contacting them.
