The Central Missouri Bridal Association is the ONLY organized regional bridal association between
St. Louis and Kansas City. “CMBA” is dedicated to the Bride
and Groom to-be. It’s membership consists of the “Best of
the Best” that Central Missouri has to offer in the bridal
industry. The members of “CMBA” prides themselves on their
knowledge and expertise of many years of successful
weddings.
The Central Missouri Bridal Association is a non-profit
association consisting of merchants from the Columbia,
Jefferson City, Lake of the Ozarks and the surrounding
communities. CMBA was organized in Spring 2006 to provide
professionalism and integrity in an ethical manner within
the Central Missouri Area bridal industry.
The purpose of the
Central Missouri Bridal Association is:
- To provide a place for
wedding professionals to network together and provide
adequate information about their products and services
to potential customers.
- To promote association
members as committed and dedicated to common values in
the bridal industry such as maintaining a positive and
professional attitude and maintaining the highest
standards of person conduct.
- To promote members as
businesses that operate with a high level of ethics,
principles and will operate fairly and honestly.
- To sponsor bridal shows
and/or informational seminars for association members
and their employees.

What do you need to
do to become a member?
Businesses applying for membership must submit a completed
application form including a copy of their business license
and a one time application fee of $100. This is not
a guarantee of membership. A two-thirds vote of the Board
of Directors is required to become a CMBA Member.
NOTE: If your Membership Application is approved, you
will be billed an annual membership fee of $240. The annual
membership dues are due the 1st day of January
each year. Dues will be prorated if Membership Contract
starts on any month except January.
